Araby | Palm Springs
The Araby neighborhood is divided into two distinct sections. Araby Commons is bordered by East Palm Canyon Drive, and Araby Cove is located further south on the edge of the foothills that run along the south of town. As part of a luxurious South Palm Springs community, Araby real estate has an attractive aesthetic and modern conveniences, making it an ideal space for those looking to embrace the Palm Springs lifestyle.
The Araby neighborhood is one of Palm Springs most popular areas. Some of the earliest buildings in this neighborhood are from the 1920s, while the majority of houses here today are luxurious recent constructions. The area closest to East Palm Canyon is composed mostly of condos, arguably some of the most intriguing and desirable condos in town from the ‘50s and ‘60s. The architecture is unmistakable and highly sought after.
Single-family homes range from Mediterranean style and modern, contemporary estates to “what’s this shack doing here?” Lots tend to be large and the views of the nearby hills and the enormous San Jacinto range are incredible. And there are a couple of newly constructed gated communities as well.
Palm Canyon wash traverses the Araby neighborhood and provides residents with a great dog-walking trail. And with Smoketree Commons and Smoketree Shopping Center so close by, Araby is a very convenient neighborhood, too.
The homes and condos in this area are located on fee land that is owned.
