Little Beverly Hills | Palm Springs
The name of this cute, little neighborhood just south of Ramon Road in central Palm Springs gives it away: the streets are named for famous Beverly Hills thoroughfares – Beverly, Canon, Roxbury … The single-family homes are William Krisel-designed and Alexander-built from the ‘50s, with a few Meiselman homes sprinkled in. This is a true mid-century modern ‘hood. Some homes have been extensively updated and expanded, but there are still some that cry out for remodeling talent. The neighborhood is unique as it is so close to huge green spaces: Mesquite Country Club and Demuth Park. Views of the mountains are vast, to the west, south and north. Close to the airport and essential shopping and entertainment (Palm Springs Cultural Center), and just minutes from downtown, Little Beverly Hills is a must-see and must-have in Palm Springs real estate.
The homes in this neighborhood are sited on fee land that is owned.
