Racquet Club West | Palm Springs
Just north of the famous Palm Springs Racquet Club, Racquet Club West has a mixture of large estates and modest homes and condos that are some of the most affordable and sought-after properties in Palm Springs real estate. Buyers can find properties ranging from desirable Alexander homes, to traditional ranch homes and landed estates.
Many homes have been significantly, and recently upgraded with contemporary taste and features, and there are still some extremely well-priced homes that need a new buyer’s inspired remodeling. Homes in this area are also great vacation getaways as this is one of the first neighborhoods one reaches after passing the Tram when driving into town.
Investment properties are another terrific option in Racquet Club West.
Palm Springs Villas I & II make up an extensive condo community just north of the single-family home neighborhood and is a popular vacation spot with its many pools, spas, and tennis courts.
Unbelievably, there are condos priced under $200,000 in this development.
Directly to the west, the San Jacinto Mountains soar to upwards of 10,000 feet. The entrance to the Tram, which climbs from Chino Canyon to more than 8,000 feet in minutes, is right up the road.
At the top of the Tram, you can enjoy a 20-degree temperature drop in summer, snow-covered hiking trails in winter, plus fine dining from the Tram’s mountain station. Monthly passes are available and a real treat for locals.
Shopping, entertainment and dining are a quick drive or bike ride away in downtown Palm Springs and Sunrise Square Shopping Center.
This homes in this neighborhood are sited on fee land that is owned.
