Ranch Club Estates | Palm Springs

Ranch Club Estates started as an actual club in the 1950s, like the Palm Springs Racquet Club, but even more popular and with more members. Many of the homes in Ranch Club neighborhood are from this period. Clarke’s dream of a large community never happened, but today this quiet, well-planned neighborhood is made up of homes on quarter-acre lots with wide-open views and conveniences and amenities common to central Palm Springs.

Buyers searching for homes in Ranch Club will find a range of different architectural styles. Kaptur’s original plans help create many homes with mid-century modern qualities.

Mixed in are some Santa Fe style homes and Spanish style ranch houses.

Pools, spas, outdoor kitchens and patios grace the large backyards and make entertaining friends and family effortless.

And for those who want to design your own desert dream house, there are still some houses that could use a makeover and empty lots available.

The location in central Palm Springs puts residents close to several shopping centers and close to golf at Escena Golf Course.

Downtown Palm Springs and the Uptown Design District within biking distance. And for frequent travelers, the Palm Springs International Airport is only about five minutes away.

The homes in this neighborhood are sited on fee land that is owned.
