Sunmor | Palm Springs

Funky street names enhance the mid-century appeal of the Sunmor neighborhood. This historic neighborhood is made up of Meiselmann/Alexander style homes from the ‘50s, with their classic post-and-beam architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and open floor plans. The neighborhood amenities couldn’t be better: lots of nearby green space, including a terrific dog park (really more of a people-with-their-dogs park), the Palm Springs Cultural Center – a wonderful entertainment venue, the airport and civic center, and a new Palm Springs campus for the College of the Desert.

Across Farrell Drive sits a similar neighborhood, Sunrise Park. Homes in both neighborhoods are trendy and go fast in the Palm Springs real estate market.

Sunmor homes are located on fee land that is owned.
