Built in 1983, a magnificent 50,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse including a grill room, fully equipped Pro Shop, main Dining Room and Lounge overlooking the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains is at the center.

A 5,000 sq. ft. Fitness Center and Spa were constructed in 1997 and expanded in 2001.
The grounds consist of flourishing green lawns, mature shade and ornamental trees, accented with desert flowers and attractively landscaped street scenes all carefully integrated into the dominant landscape theme of golf course, lakes and waterfalls.
The Lakes security staff provides protection 24/7 controlling the entrance gate and regularly patrolling the community.
Security cameras are located throughout the club and alarm systems in each home are monitored by security personnel.
