Ocotillo Lodge

Lodge is the word for this complex. Famously designed by William Krisel and built in 1957, Ocotillo was a world-famous celebrity desert hotel and hangout. Gene Autry bought it, and later it was turned into condominiums. But the hotel attractions still exist, so residents really feel like they’re staying at a hotel. The original mid-century modern lobby, a champagne-cork shaped pool, cabana, recreation center with billiards, gym, a bar and grilling facilities…you name it. Ocotillo can’t be missed; it’s dead center in all the action along East Palm Canyon in the Twin Palms neighborhood of south Palm Springs. This property truly unique in the Palm Springs real estate portfolio. Ocotillo Lodge sits on fee land you would own. Contact me today for information about this special complex.
